What is the minimum number of sessions?

Any number. You are not limited at all. As a coach and client we work towards an outcome that we both agree on.

How frequently do we meet?

Usually once every two to three weeks to once per month. We’re usually working on something specific with a measurable outcome, so meeting regularly is important.

Is there homework?

Of course! This makes lifestyle coaching worthwhile.

Where do we meet?

At my work studio, your home, a niche coffee shop or any other venue we feel works for us.

What is required of me as the client?

Be committed to this process. Work with me, consistently. Expect great results.

What is Avril’s commitment to you?

What type of topics are covered?

The programme we work on is unique to you with some universal fundamental principles used to build on.

How flexible is the programme?

Everyone is unique so the sessions are tailor made to suit you.

What if I miss a session?

We will do our best to reschedule within an agreed time frame that works within the current process.

What is the ideal number of sessions?

Really, it depends on what you’re wanting to gain from the coaching and there is no particular ideal number. Some clients enjoy a regular ongoing commitment to the process of coaching over a long period of time, whilst others set a goal to be reached over a package of four to six sessions.
